We provide YC library's user-related 1st level technology service, including networked Computer workstations, the Cardinal Printing system, PC Reservation System, Cardinal Pay Station system, Multitasking Printing and Copying system, and the Book Scan Center. If issues need escalation, users are aided through York College's centralized QLESS ticket system in the "Welcome Center." Should you encounter any technical difficulties, the Helpdesk is equipped to provide necessary technological service and support.

The IT service desk is located permanently at the Academic Core Main Entrance's "Welcome Center."
