Welcome to Course Reserves/E-Reserves

Faculty: Put Items on Reserve

Physical reserves (e.g. books, DVDs) are available for short term loans, usually for 2 hours in the library.

First time users should refer to the FAQ and Copyright sections above.

Forms:

  • Use the Course Reserve Request form for all reserve requests such as library owned books, providing personal copy of materials, DVDs, and journal articles. You can also use this form if you would like library staff to create an E-Reserves account and upload your limited, scanned readings. The library manages all course reserve materials.
  • If there is material you would like to add as required course readings that the Library currently doesn't own, you can use the Request Textbook Request form to inquiry if the library can purchase it.

More about the E-Reserves system:

E-Reserves is an electronic reserves software program that enables students to access linked journal articles from the Library’s subscription databases, limited scanned sections from books, and journal articles, as well as other print and visual materials that faculty may place on the Course Reserves Collection as required class readings.
